All equipment is owned by the company and located in reliable data centers in St. Petersburg, Moscow and Tallinn. Data centers are certified and have a reliability level of Tier-III. Data centers connected to the fiber optic backbones of the largest providers in Russia and Europe. Our sites have direct uplinks with Rascom, TTK, Retnet, Comfortel, DataIX, PiterIX. Good connectivity allows us to guarantee high reliability, low latency and service availability.
All servers are pooled, which allows you to evenly distribute the load. In the event of an emergency with one of the servers, other servers take over its functions without the clients noticing.
We use Dell R630 server platforms, which are equipped with Intel Xeon E5-2680 v4 processors with a frequency of 2.4 GHz, have from 512 GB DDR4, SSD NVMe disks combined in RAID1. In our servers we use SSD NVMe drives of the latest generations: Intel D7 5510 and Micron 9300 MAX. This configuration allows you to solve most problems, from organizing remote workstations to hosting highly loaded projects and databases.
24-hour monitoring and technical support ensure uninterrupted operation of the service 24/7/365.
The network infrastructure is based on Juniper equipment. We use Juniper MX480 as root routers.
All servers are connected by two 10Gbit links to two qfx3500, which are combined into a virtual chassis for fault tolerance. In total, we will receive a 20Gbit connection for each host. The racks are interconnected by 40Gbit ports using qfx5100.
VDS from HexCore.cloud can be tested by legal entities. LATSP for three days is completely free, and moneyback is available for individuals within a week.
